What is the procedure on arrival?
Just give us a call on our departure line 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport. Follow the instruction which is sent in the confirmation e mail. We will meet you at the designated meet and greet area in each Terminal and Airport.
How do I make a payment?
Just complete an online booking form and you will be taken to our secure payment site which accepts all major debit and credit cards verified by Visa. A confirmation e-mail with reference number will be then sent to you.
Where will my car be parked?
Your car will be parked safely and securely in our secure car park which is protected by CCTV 24/7.
Are all the chauffeurs insured?
Yes all our chaffeurs have full liability insurance cover to drive your vehicle.
If I want to cancel my booking will there be a charge?
We charge £10.00 admin fees for cancellations
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled ?
We will be aware of any delays that may affect collection of your vehicle. We can return your vehicle to you at any time of the day or night.
