Terminals Parking is authorised by the London Heathrow Airport to provide Meet and Greet service. Our secure Heathrow compound is Park Mark awarded by the Police Crime Prevention Initiative.
Our highly secured compound assures you a peace of mind that your vehilce is in safe hands.We ensure that your vehicle is safe and secure by monitoring the compound by CCTV and random security patrols.
We provide Meet and Greet service all year around and all our drivers are very well experienced and trained. We conduct CRB checks on the drivers which assures you their credibility.

Terminal 1 – Post Code TW6 1AP (Terminal 1 is under constructions)
Terminal 2 – TW6 1EW
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the “Short stay car park” entry barriers. Entering the car park on Level 4, follow signs for “off airport parking” and park your vehicle in “Row B” where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Terminal 3- Postcode TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park (Car park 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW “A” where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Terminal 4 – Post Code TW6 3XA – Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.1m
Follow signs for TERMINAL 4 DEPARTURE. Drive up the ramp and follow signs for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay. When reaching the top of the ramp you’ll see the barriers and signs for Short Stay Car Park 4. Use any of the 2 barriers to your right and drive down to Level 2 and follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in Rows E or F where a chauffeur will meet you. Do not go to Drop-Off or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees to enter these areas which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Terminal 5 – Post Code TW6 2GA
Drive towards the PICK UP AND DEPARTURE. As you go up the ramp you will see signs for SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Follow the sign (this is Level 4 of the TERMINAL CAR PARK) but keep in the left-hand side lane marked FAST TRACK BUSINESS PARKING, drive to the barrier and take a ticket, (There is no additional charge to the customer for entering the TERMINAL CAR PARK) then proceed to ROW S or R, where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Luton – Post Code LU2 9LY
The driver will meet you at the designated area in the shorts stay car park.
To and From the M25
Access to London Luton Airport from the West is possible through several routes. If approaching via Dunstable, follow the airport signs. Alternative approaches include traveling via M40/M25 to join the M1 and then exit via Junction 10. Exit the M25 at Junction 21 for the access to the M1.
To and From the East and A1
Access to London Luton Airport from the East and A1 is via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin. The airport lies just off the A505 and is clearly signposted.
To and From the M1
London Luton Airport is only 30 minutes from North London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 5 minutes from the M1. The airport is just two miles from the M1 motorway. Exit the M1 at Junction 10. The route to the airport is clearly sign posted.
Have used Terminals Parking many times, no issues whatsoever. Recommend highly!!

Great service. Good directios. Difficult to fid a spot at car park 3, but that is understanable due to the amount of travellers. Had to wait a few moments for the chap to arrive to collect our car, but he was friedly ad efficient. The mileage o our car only changed by 10 miles, which was great as you hear so may horror stories of cars beig left anywhere or used as persoal vehicles whilst away o holiday. The retur process was efficient, agai had to wait just a few moments for our car to arrive. Overall I would recommend and when travelling from Heathrow I would definatlyey use again.

I was going to use Terminals parking via a parking comparison site but the holiday got cancelled last minute due to an emergency. I couldn't get through to the parking comparison site as their phone kept getting disconnected. Out of desperation to not loose my money, i called the mobile number provided to use when getting to the airport and i got through to a very kind man called INFAZ. He didnt have to help me as i paid the comparison site and not them but Infaz took it upon himself to 1) get me a working number for the comparison site, 2) got them to cancel the booking and refund me accordingly. He also called me back to explain all he did to me and for this, i am grateful for his exceptional kindness. I have used a few meet and greet companies in the past and it was always a hit and miss. I was so impressed with Infaz that i have booked my next meet and greet for November directly with Terminals parking. If these reviews are read and treated, please say a big thank you to INFAZ and keep him happy as he is a good ambassador of this company.
